“Established in 1994 when Sylvasprings and Golden Springs were merged. This progressive company grows on 19Ha in the UK and 19 Ha in Jerez Spain. Serving a broad range of markets from local grocery stores through food service distributors and national supermarkets we strive to offer the finest quality watercress with consistency and provenance.”

Our farms in South West England benefit from the region’s unique climate and chalk acquifers offering the perfect conditions for growing Watercress. We package all of our own produce on site ready to be sent out to consumers and shops.”

“Starting in 1951 in Alresford, Hampshire and extending to Dorset in 1977 the business expanded to farming Watercress in the sunny Algarve in Portugal in the 1980s and supplies watercress all year round - all packed by their packing facility in St Mary Bourne, Hampshire.”
